April James, broker and owner of Jewel Realty, leads a boutique real estate firm in the Palm Springs, CA area. A Coachella Valley native and Point Loma Nazarene University alumna with a B.A. in Journalism, April began her career in the new home-building industry as a marketing consultant, later managing over 18 new home communities. She served as a sales manager at KB Homes, training agents and overseeing multiple sales communities. Passionate about customer service, local expertise, and seamless transactions, April is dedicated to serving clients in the Coachella Valley and Greater Los Angeles areas with integrity and professionalism.
